**Inspired Artistic Genius Rules 2013

INFORMATION

This is a 3-phase competition.  The models should be present for the awards presentation. The total time allotted will total 45 minutes of actual work.  You need to bring everything you need to complete 3 Genius Inspired Artistic Nails. 

Phase 1 – Inspiration

You will have 25 minutes to create an artistic design on 3 nails from the inspiration we will be supplying.  It will be an object for you to look at and we will give you the definition of the object.  It will not be something you will actually be using.  You will be viewing it to be inspired by what it represents.

When time is called competitors will stand and turn around and the judges will examine the work and eliminate the 50% of the entries they do not prove to be Inspired Artistic Genius.  *The 50% left for the second round will all receive 50 Nailpro Cup Points.

Phase 2 – The Twist

You will have 15 minutes to incorporate into your current design a twist we will be providing. It may be anything we choose.  We will provide enough for everyone.

When time is called, competitors will stand and turn around and the judges will examine the work and eliminate all but 3 entries.  These entries will posses Inspired Artistic Genius.

Phase 3 – Judgment

The placement will be decided –via text messaging, instructions will be announced at the event – directions will be handed out on how to vote.  He or she with the most votes in the end will be declared the winner.

RULES

1.       You must get as many text votes as possible.  The most votes wins.

2.       You must be inspired while you are competiting.

3.       You must have a good time during this process.

4.       You must maintain good sportsmanship.

5.       You must use the products we provide you with.

6.       There are no rules.

Entry Fee   - $75.00

Prize Awarded:  $125.00 – $100.00 - $75.00   and medallions will be awarded to the top three Inspired Artistic Genius winners.  The second round elimination will receive 50 Nailpro Cup Points.  The 3 Winners will receive 25% of the on-line votes towards their points.  So if you get 100 votes you will receive 25 points.
